IT Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Professional to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT service to our casino and the adjacent Sheraton Hotel.

• Implement and maintain information technology systems
• Assist the team in determining business standards and assess application needs
• Work with project teams to ensure successful implementation
• Educate business owners and users on new features and systems

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, leadership, or related fields
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, and Microsoft Office 365
• Experience in documentation, training, and project management

The estimated salary range for this position is $61,200 - $82,600 per year, depending on experience. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
