Behavioral Consultant for Autism Services

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Lead Behavior Analyst. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing individual and family-based behavior analytic services with a focus on the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) population.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services including behavior analysis, case management, assessments, consults, and insurance verifications.
- Collaboratively establish strengths-based treatment plans that identify presenting issues, goals for treatment, and measurable objectives.
- Assess client progress and needs, including recommendations for formal and informal community resources, transition planning, and plans to generalize to home and community.
- Attend and participate in company clinical staff meetings.
- Document and submit daily notes, progress reports, assessments, and other clinical records according to Board and Licensing standards.
- Meet Quality Assurance standards.
- Follow ethical guidelines as outlined in the Behavior Analyst Certification Board ethics code.
- Evaluate authorizations and obtain/renew them in advance of service delivery when required.
- Develop effective rapport with families, clients, and colleagues.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Provide regular caregiver support.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in an approved BACB coursework program.
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes and/or other community organizations/agencies/schools.
- Licensed in Arizona and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions.
- Able to administer various assessments and write treatment plans.
- Able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card.
- Completed 8-hour supervisor training through the BACB.
- Ability to maintain a fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid certification.
- 1+ year of supervised BCBA work experience and 5 years of behavioral work experience (with children) preferred.
- Holds a valid driver's license and maintains proper current insurance.
- Experience working as a BCBA in a therapy program for children with autism.
- Experience with staff and parent training.
- Experience with supervising BCBAs and RBTs.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing.
- Capable of lifting and carrying clients and maintaining various postures, including kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods.
- Ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on qualifications and location.
