Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Bankruptcy Litigation.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Proficient in using legal software and technology for research, case management, and litigation support.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
