  • Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
  • Proven relationship management skills.
  • Experience coordinating and leading efforts across a complex organizational structure.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fundamental understanding of retail banking marketing, products, and distribution channels.
  • Familiarity with Workfront Project Management tool.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Experience with Adobe suite tools, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics.
