Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Display Builder to join our team at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. As a Display Builder, you will be responsible for designing and building store product displays that showcase our products in an attractive and visually appealing way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build store product displays that meet the company's standards and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Department Manager to ensure that displays are built to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
  • Use power tools, measuring tools, and basic tools to build displays.
  • Meet productivity standards by building 20-25 displays per week.
  • Work with the Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials.
  • Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.

Requirements
  • One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to abide by and exhibit proactive adherence to all safety regulations and policies.
  • Demonstrated experience in woodworking, tile setting, and use of power tools.

Working Conditions
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.
