About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will provide crucial support to our financial advisors and branch office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: With high accuracy and efficiency, process client financial transactions and financial advisor and branch office expenses and expense reports.
  • Client Onboarding: Open new client accounts and research client and security information using internal databases and other technologies.
  • Document Management: Ensure client paperwork and documentation is accurate and correct prior to submission and processing. Follow up to ensure accurate completion.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare letters, forms, and reports to assist with servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients. Create business summary reports and client-specific reporting as needed for review by the financial advisor.
  • Record Keeping: Create and maintain records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Marketing Support: Assist Financial Advisors with marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events.
Requirements
  • Candidates should have:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
