Position Overview:
Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is looking for a Logistics Warehouse Supervisor for a contract-to-hire role. This position requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify and compile documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipment activities across local warehouses.
2. Cross-check identifying details, quantities, and weights of shipments against Bills of Lading, invoices, orders, or other relevant records.
3. Record weights and shipping costs, entering data into the system for the appropriate customer.
4. Document shortages and damages on shipments, communicating with customers to resolve any discrepancies.
5. Ensure that shipments comply with specifications regarding accuracy and completeness.
6. Maintain accurate inventory records.
7. Prepare invoices and Bills of Lading, detailing weights and identifying numbers of loads, along with any necessary certification billing.
8. Input and retrieve data from computer systems, analyzing records to compile necessary information.
9. Process job orders to establish work priorities.
10. Perform clerical tasks, including coverage at the switchboard.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school, or two years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in agricultural commodity warehousing or logistics, or equivalent industry experience.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees and external parties to communicate expectations and facilitate change.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach in a dynamic work environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-cultural and geographically diverse teams.
- Proficient in a wide range of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Microsoft Access, OneNote, SharePoint, and Power BI is advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain components, including domestic trucking, various transportation modes, warehousing, freight forwarding, and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and communicate effectively in group settings.
