About the Role
The Cloud Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding agile teams, establishing a cohesive technical vision for the solutions being developed. This position requires the ability to design comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements and translate them into effective technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direction and mentorship to team members.
- Define the technical and architectural vision for ongoing projects, making informed trade-offs and analyzing alternatives.
- Continuously refine the solution architecture based on insights from application architects and software engineers.
- Outline the primary components and their interactions within the solution.
- Plan and develop architecture runway enablers through research and prototyping to explore potential solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and engineering teams to convert product requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums to identify and resolve architectural challenges.
- Engage in Solution Demos and program planning to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, XP) and experience with cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in multi-tier application architecture design, full software development lifecycle (SDLC), and application integration.
- Proficiency in Service-Oriented Architecture concepts, including SOAP, Web API, REST API, and microservices.
- Experience in implementing solution architecture across various domains such as technology, information, data, application, security, and integration architecture.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Additional Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud products is a plus.
- Experience in mobile application development is preferred.
- Background in building cloud solutions using Public Clouds (IaaS and PaaS) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is desirable.
