Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work with pediatric patients with feeding and eating difficulties. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessment and treatment of pediatric patients with feeding/eating difficulties and be able to provide general pediatric developmental occupational therapy coverage.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat pediatric patients with feeding and eating difficulties
  • Provide general pediatric developmental occupational therapy coverage
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program, OR Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program if graduated prior to 2004
  • CA license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required; 3 years preferred
  • Experience in assessment and treatment of pediatric patients with feeding/eating difficulties required; experience with swallowing disorders preferred
  • Experience with patients ranging 18 months and older is required; ages 8 months and older is preferred
  • BLS (AHA)
  • CA OT License or eligible if new grad/licensed in another state
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
