Key Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, your primary duties will include:
1. Conducting thorough evaluations of assigned patients and formulating, executing, and adjusting treatment plans tailored to individual needs and physician recommendations.
2. Overseeing and guiding all discipline-specific therapy services for your assigned patients.
3. Designing functional treatment programs that facilitate effective reintegration into community activities.
4. Serving as an educator for patients, families, students, colleagues, and yourself.
5. Performing additional professional responsibilities related to patient care, development of specialized therapy services, and program delivery design.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
