Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at AnMed Health. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced physician practice setting.

About the Role
As an LPN, you will be responsible for preparing patient care areas and patients for examination, maintaining equipment and supplies, and assisting with office procedures. You will also schedule referrals and procedures, test results, and communicate with patients via telephone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Prepare and maintain patient care areas, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Assist with routine medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
  • Schedule appointments, referrals, and procedures, as well as communicate with patients and healthcare providers via phone.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of South Carolina with experience in duties listed above. Proven track record of working well with coworkers and patients, handling stressful situations appropriately, and demonstrating compassion is essential. Experience with telephone nursing is highly preferred.
