Our esteemed law firm is in search of a skilled Permanent Attorney/Partner with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Tax Law, Real Estate, Trust & Estates, Labor & Employment Law.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Attorney/Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering expert legal counsel on a variety of issues.
  • Representing clients in legal proceedings or before governmental bodies, presenting compelling arguments and evidence.
  • Formulating and executing innovative tax strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
  • Reviewing and drafting complex legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Collaborating with associates and partners to provide comprehensive legal services.
  • Staying informed of changes in corporate tax law and advising clients accordingly.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored legal solutions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Attorney/Partner position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a subject matter expert in your area of law, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
