Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-time position: Sunday through Thursday
  • Shift: 11am-7pm
  • Conduct thorough assessments, communicate effectively, and document residents' health status accurately.
  • Monitor and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the appropriate personnel.
  • Supervise and guide the daily activities of Resident Care Assistants.
  • Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in their roles.
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers through effective case management.
  • Balance service demands while promoting resident independence.
  • Recognize and assist in preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation, reporting as required by regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies and utilize personal emergency response systems appropriately.

Qualifications:

For Registered Nurses:
Must hold a current state license as an RN and CPR certification. Graduate of an accredited RN program with a minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred. Experience working with the elderly is highly desirable.

For Licensed Practical Nurses:
Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program and hold a current state license as an LPN. CPR certification is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in the field preferred. Experience with the elderly is also highly desirable.

We require all associates to be fully vaccinated/boosted against COVID-19, with exemptions based on medical or disability conditions.
