Key Responsibilities:- Full-time position: Sunday through Thursday
- Shift: 11am-7pm
- Conduct thorough assessments, communicate effectively, and document residents' health status accurately.
- Monitor and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health to the appropriate personnel.
- Supervise and guide the daily activities of Resident Care Assistants.
- Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in their roles.
- Coordinate care needs with community providers through effective case management.
- Balance service demands while promoting resident independence.
- Recognize and assist in preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation, reporting as required by regulations.
- Respond to emergencies and utilize personal emergency response systems appropriately.

For Registered Nurses:
Must hold a current state license as an RN and CPR certification. Graduate of an accredited RN program with a minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred. Experience working with the elderly is highly desirable.
For Licensed Practical Nurses:
Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program and hold a current state license as an LPN. CPR certification is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in the field preferred. Experience with the elderly is also highly desirable.
