Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and efficient service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
