Dining Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our Kona Grill team as a Dining Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by efficiently and accurately delivering food and beverages to guests.

• Guest First Focus: Deliver exceptional guest service at all times by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers and other service staff to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Station Preparation: Prepare and set up the expediter station for service, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with servers to ensure efficient service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assistance: Assist other service staff in various tasks such as setting up the restaurant, cleaning, bussing tables, running food, taking food orders, making cocktails, serving guests, assisting host staff, and opening and serving wine.

• Prior work experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining environments is preferred.
• Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English.
• Capable of lifting more than 20 pounds for long periods and walking, twisting, crouching, and/or maneuvering while carrying 10 pounds or more for extended time periods.

The estimated salary for this position is around $42,500-$62,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We are owned and operated by The ONE Group and currently operating in dozens of locations nationwide.
