Responsibilities:
- Foster teamwork to ensure timely and accurate customer service during all operational hours.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service, including clear communication regarding vehicle conditions.
- Maintain a clean and organized service center.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
- Monitor and communicate oil levels to team members.
- Ensure proper tire pressure for optimal performance.
- Inspect and replenish fluid levels as required.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections.
- Install new oil drain plugs and filters.
- Clean and lubricate fittings as necessary.
- Document all services performed accurately.
- Report any safety concerns to management immediately.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding vehicle care and operations.
- Perform various manual tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and squatting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory (tire experience is highly desirable).
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Capability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exhaust fumes.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
