Job Summary:
We are seeking a fellowship-trained Child and Adolescent Psychiatry physician to join our team at St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor. As a member of our Adolescent Partial Hospital program, you will provide individual therapy and medication management services to adolescents admitted to our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy and medication management services to approximately 8 to 10 adolescents admitted to the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization program.
- Participate in the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization treatment team and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Provide intermittent coverage for adult partial hospitalization patients when needed.
- Participate in weekend coverage to the SJMHS hospital psychiatric consult service on a scheduled rotation every six weeks.
Requirements:
- Fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Experience working with adolescents and their families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
