- Estimated Salary: $2120.34 - $2323.35 per week (based on 36 guaranteed hours)
As a Mobile Rehabilitation Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Evaluating patients' conditions and developing personalized treatment plans
- Conducting regular assessments to track patients' progress
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Maine Physical Therapy License
- Recent experience in home health or similar settings
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
