Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive group of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered, documenting all interactions and interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, reporting outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing clear and concise information.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest medical research and best practices.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Other certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use a computer
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
