Job Overview

Lily Home Care provides a stable schedule, allowing you to work with the same client(s) consistently each week. This role enables you to establish a bond with your client, ensuring high-quality care and enhancing their quality of life.

Clients may require assistance with various needs, including companionship, light housekeeping, errands, personal care, and support for those with dementia. The specific client assignments will be tailored to your experience and preferences.

We are looking for caregivers for both 1st and 2nd shifts, with weekend availability being a plus. You can choose between part-time or full-time work based on your availability.

While many of our clients reside in the Fairlawn and Akron areas, we also serve nearby locations such as Bath, Cuyahoga Falls, Green, and Portage Lakes. We take into account your driving distance preferences to ensure an ideal match with clients.

To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle
  • Have experience in elderly care
  • Be able to pass a drug and background check
