At the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, we're seeking a skilled Water Restoration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing rooms/areas for work activities, setting up staging areas and equipment for each project, communicating with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes, performing production processes as directed, and performing end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from residential to commercial properties, and be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional service and restoring properties to their original condition.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driver's license, be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, and have the ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics). You will also need to be able to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, work with/around cleaning agents, and successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
