Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
- Assist with recreational activities and outings to promote socialization and engagement.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Compassion towards residents and their families.
- Competitive hourly rate: $19 - $20 per hour.
