Job Description:

We are seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our wide range of eyewear products. Your primary goal will be to provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their unique needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their eye care needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert guidance on selecting frames, lenses, and other eyewear products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
