Job Title: Primary Therapist

At Onsite Partners, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client-centered support and service to individuals affected by symptoms of unaddressed trauma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide group and individual therapy sessions for assigned clients on a recurring basis.
  • Work closely with the Lead Therapist to ensure program and therapeutic activities produce the desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their referent sources.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in client electronic medical records.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and provide crisis intervention as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Clinical Services to address after-hours incidents and emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required.
  • Five years of experience in trauma treatment preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in various modalities of treating survivors of trauma, including EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and experiential therapy.
  • Experience with adult residential treatment settings and knowledge of 12-Step recovery process and services.
