Job Summary:
This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual who can provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional patient care and administrative support
- Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and other stakeholders
- Managing scheduling and appointment processes
- Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- High School graduate or GED required; excellent customer service skills
- At least two years of work experience as a Receptionist in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs)

- English
- Japanese (Required)
