Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team at Thunderbolt Inc. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing the respective facility managers in consultation with the management, achieving the economic goals of your region, recruiting and retaining employees, and continuously improving quality standards in the facilities of your region.

• Manage facility managers in consultation with management to ensure effective regional operations
• Drive regional economic growth through strategic planning and execution
• Develop and implement employee retention strategies to maintain a high-performing team
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and institutions to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Oversee the implementation of company guidelines and ensure their effective execution

• Unlimited employment contract
