Outpatient Imaging Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team at Adventist HealthCare's Outpatient Imaging department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating MRI scanners and other equipment for imaging, explaining procedures to patients, and maintaining a safe and appropriate work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI scanners and other equipment for imaging
  • Explain MRI procedures to patients and address any possible concerns
  • Maintain a safe and appropriate work area
  • Perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation
  • Take specific patient images requested by medical personnel
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Radiography and/or Certified MRI by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Active Maryland license required
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • One year of current MRI scanning experience in a hospital environment - IV Certification preferred
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM, with flexibility to cover other sites as needed.
