About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Hopedale Medical Complex. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and debt financing to optimize financial performance
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum 1 year of progressive managerial experience in an acute-care environment
  • Knowledge of Critical Access Hospitals and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
