STG International is a leading provider of healthcare services, delivering medical, dental, and mental health support to individuals in custody within ICE detention facilities. We are currently in search of qualified Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP) candidates for both full-time and PRN/Per Diem roles.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Texas.
- At least one year of professional nursing experience.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to successfully complete a federal government security background check.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver direct patient care within the established Scope of Practice.
- Provide treatment to individuals of varying ages as appropriate to the healthcare setting.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies as required.
- Maintain electronic documentation of patient interactions.
- Assess healthcare needs and formulate care plans accordingly.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to walk unaided for up to 10 minutes.
- Respond to medical emergencies within a 4-minute timeframe.
- Perform CPR and emergency care while standing or kneeling.
- Assist individuals during emergency situations.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 30 pounds.
