Job Summary

  • Installation: Install various types of roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, and other materials according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of various roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods. Basic knowledge of rise, run, slope, span, and pitch.
  • Skills: Proficient in using roofing tools and equipment, such as nail guns, shingle cutters, and safety harnesses.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Must be able to carry a 40 FT ladder; and may be required to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • License/Certification: Valid driver's license or ID.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
  • Background: Must be able to pass a background check, with NO criminal record.
  • Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen as well as be able to pass random drug screenings.
