Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.

Job Description:
You will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. As an independent lease holder, you have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You'll also have the option to opt into equipment/instrumentation, administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services for a fair market value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality eye care services to patients
• Manage your own practice and make decisions on patient care
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school and a valid state optometry license. You'll also need to maintain General Liability Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance Certificate. Additionally, you'll need to provide a W-9 form.
