- Luggage Assistance: Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Van Maintenance: Regularly inspect, clean, and service the van(s) to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Mileage Logbooks: Maintain accurate mileage logbooks to track vehicle usage.
- Errands and Deliveries: Run errands for hotel staff and deliver special request items to guests, such as express mail and hair dryers.
- Laundry and Housekeeping: Assist with folding laundry in the back of house and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Security and Safety: Patrol the property's interior and exterior, ensuring all guest room doors are closed and all public access doors are locked.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV cameras for suspicious activity and report any incidents to superiors and local authorities.
- Emergency Response: Respond to guest requests quickly and courteously, and assist with emergency situations such as accidents or attacks.
- Key Control and Training: Maintain key control policies and procedures, and assist with training new joiners on the job.
- Communication: Attend phone calls with proper telephone etiquette and standard greetings.
- Handover and Meetings: Provide handover to the morning shift supervisor and attend departmental meetings or training as scheduled.
We are looking for a Night Van Security Officer who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
