Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
As a Hematology Laboratory Technologist, you will:
  • Conduct essential tasks related to various clinical subspecialties, including Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, and Microbiology/Immunology.
  • Utilize specific skills required for advanced areas such as Molecular Pathology, Flow Cytometry, and Point of Care.
  • Engage in reference lab test processing and result reporting for customer service-related duties.

Qualifications:
Experience:
Preferred candidates will have at least one year of clinical laboratory experience; however, student experience is also considered.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree and completion of an accredited medical technology program is preferred. Alternatively, candidates may possess qualifications for high complexity testing as per Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments '88 standards.

Licensure/Certification:
ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists) Registry is preferred.
