Pharmacy Director

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, including managing staff, maintaining quality control, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Lead and direct pharmacy staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient services
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
• An active pharmacy license in the state where you are employed
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization

We offer a competitive salary range of $62.00 - $77.00 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. You will also have access to our 401(k) retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase plan.
