Overview

Soliant is seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in Kansas City, KS.

Compensation

Job Summary

This role involves providing physical therapy services to students with diverse physical disabilities or mobility challenges in a K-12 setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other school staff.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators to integrate therapy goals into students' academic programs, promoting seamless learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' physical development and mobility, educating staff and families on best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
