We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Resource Float Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
- Provide communication, confidence, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in unit and organizational activities, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Accountable for delivering quality nursing care services and promoting a positive image of nursing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- A minimum of six months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- A current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
