We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting. You will work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide individualized attention and support to our patients, many of whom are dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
This role requires a strong foundation in nursing skills and knowledge, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and performing machine setup. You will also work closely with our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of $68,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our total rewards package includes comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must have an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N). A minimum of 6 months of dialysis experience is required, although new graduates may be considered if they meet other qualifications.
