About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team at Textron. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and engines in accordance with FAA 145 requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of aircraft components
  • Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft systems and components to identify potential issues
  • Perform major sheet metal repairs and fabricate sheet metal and composite parts as needed
  • Install kits and assist with fly-offs
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with all instructions, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Properly document all work performed
Requirements
  • FAA A&P Certificate is required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience related to job duties
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school degree or equivalent
