Claims Analyst

We are seeking a Claims Analyst to join our team at New Hire Solutions. As a Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, working well with others, ordering medical records, processing claims, and performing related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their claims
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
• Order medical records and other necessary documents to support claims processing
• Process claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer knowledge
• Medical experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work with others with no disruptions
• Basic computer knowledge
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
• Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
• Ability to have a clean drug screen
• Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
• Ability to sit at a computer desk the majority of the shift in business casual attire

Location: Thomasville, Georgia

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
