Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our neonatal patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to neonates in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other medical interventions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 3 NICU setting.
