Batching Operator

We are seeking a skilled Batching Operator to join our team at Rich Products Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for mixing dough by batches following established formulas and plant procedures.

• Operate mixers, scales, and mixer-related systems to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Prepare and label premixes, checking for correct formula and weight.
• Adjust formulas within given parameters to minimize waste and sub-standard mixes.
• Control temperature and consistency of the dough to meet quality standards.
• Perform equipment and GMP inspections prior to operation, filling out required documentation.
• Assist in moving dough troughs to and from depositing areas.
• Participate in safety, GMP, and process improvement teams, and other plant-related committee and team meetings.

• High degree of judgment and organizational skills to maintain dough temperature, consistency, and sequence of ingredient addition and mixer operation.
• Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements.
• Thorough understanding of food safety basics and associate safety practices.
• Ability to work safely around equipment and lift up to 50 pounds.
