The Principal Project Manager will:

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically with ERP software implementations.
  • Proven experience managing complex ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
  • PMP certification or similar credentials is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft applications and ERP systems.

  • Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft modules and other ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions for optimization.

  • Understanding of change management principles to facilitate organizational transitions.
