Applicants should possess:

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically with ERP software implementations.
- Proven experience managing complex ERP projects, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
- PMP certification or similar credentials is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft applications and ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft modules and other ERP systems.
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and engage stakeholders.
- Understanding of change management principles to facilitate organizational transitions.
