HR Generalist

The Judge Group is a leading provider of human capital solutions, serving clients across various industries. Our flagship North American plant, located near Nashville, Tennessee, is a climate-controlled facility with over 30 domestic locations and a diverse corporate HR team.

This role will be responsible for executing HR processes, policies, and programs in alignment with our organizational values and labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably in manufacturing operations, and a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies.

• Implementing and administering HR programs and policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Supporting the Performance Management Process to drive employee growth and development.
• Administering talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Managing employee and labor relations to foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Affirmative action and equal employment compliance initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
• Time keeping reviews, updates, and payroll changes/corrections to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining and updating employee files, including HRIS systems, to ensure data integrity.
• Providing support for total rewards, compensation, and benefit programs to enhance employee benefits and satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred, demonstrating expertise in HR practices and principles.
• Strong understanding of compensation and benefits programs to design and implement effective packages.
• Excellent people skills and ability to manage employee and labor relations effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Outlook, with experience using HRIS administration tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
