Job Overview

Watson Civil Construction, a leading heavy/highway contractor in Florida, is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead a crew in Arcadia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underground utility construction and excellent management skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew to execute work according to directives received from the Superintendent
  • Maintain production schedules without compromising safety
  • Be proficient with heavy machinery and ensure quality of work performed
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to the crew
  • Hold the crew accountable for compliance, quality, and safety of the project
Requirements

Preferred experience with FDOT projects
