**Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Della Infotech in Tulsa, OK. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and addressing patients' mobility issues, creating personalized treatment plans to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Evaluate patients through a comprehensive process involving medical history, system review, and targeted testing.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on the patient's specific impairments and physician orders.
  • Ongoing assessment and reassessment of patient progress and response to treatment.
  • Coordinate discharge planning from the initial visit to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary staff and students as per state laws and departmental policies.
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation within established timeframes and adhere to accreditation requirements and insurance regulations.
  • Foster effective communication with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams using AIDET principles.
  • Identify and address educational needs of patients, families, or caregivers.
  • Pursue professional growth and development through education, workshops, and literature updates within the scope of practice.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by complying with safety standards.
**Requirements:**
  • At least 2 years of experience as a physical therapist.
  • Please note that references are not required at the time of submission.
**Licensing and On-Call Requirements:**
  • Oklahoma State License Required.
  • No weekend or on-call requirements.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
