Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to residents in a rehabilitation therapy setting. This role requires a strong commitment to providing compassionate and individualized care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
