We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Copywriter to join our team at Kohler Co. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing engaging and sophisticated content that resonates with our target audience.

• Develop fresh and compelling content that meets the needs of our luxury brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other stakeholders to create 360-degree campaigns that drive results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and effective.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease, while maintaining a positive and encouraging energy.
• Present clearly and take feedback graciously, always moving forward with a creative spirit.
• Occasional travel may be required to attend events and interact with guests.

• 4+ years of experience in advertising or an idea-led in-house agency.
• Hospitality and luxury brand experience is a plus, but passion for the industry is a must.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creative abilities, innovative thinking, and cultural awareness.
• Multi-channel / 360-degree campaign experience required.
• Solution-oriented, nimble problem solver, and kind collaborator.
• Clear and confident presenter, active listener.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Kohler Co. offers a competitive salary range of $76,050 - $96,050, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company matching.
