About the Role

In this fast-paced position at Dahlauto, you will put your customer service skills to good use by taking care of our express service guests. Greet them with a smile as they enter the facility, ensure we take care of their vehicle service needs and communicate with them throughout the process. We will train you on your system and process - just bring your customer service experience and be ready to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Communicate with technicians and relay helpful information back to the customer.
Requirements
  • Organized and friendly personality.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Able to work with little supervision.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
