We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Consultant to join our team at Lockton Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients by executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strategic relationships with large and complex clients, generating revenue through cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide strategic planning and consulting advice to clients, including the production of Requests for Proposal, vendor response coordination, analysis and comparison of RFP responses, and preparation of client reports with recommendations.
  • Consult with clients to review investment options, vendor services, fees, strategies, and goals.
  • Monitor and manage claims, abnormal utilization results, and monthly claims experience for clients.
  • Review and issue profitability assessments on all fee-at-risk proposals.
  • Assist in establishing and attaining revenue goals for existing and new business.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, operating, and strategic plans within the area of specialty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, more than 7 years of client services experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and experience within the brokerage industry.
  • Understanding of industry trends and government regulations.
  • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings, including industry training sessions.
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, protecting confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft.
  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
