Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' respiratory systems and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
